Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada only.

3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time (after dispatch):
- Canada: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the carrier, weather conditions, peak seasons, and other external factors outside of our control.

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible by email whenever possible.

4. Shipping Costs & Carriers
We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada — no hidden fees.

We work with reliable shipping partners and carriers to ensure safe delivery. Any available delivery options (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Unclaimed / Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, the delivery address was incomplete/incorrect, or the courier could not successfully deliver the parcel, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee to cover handling and shipping costs.

Administrative fee: CAD $25

If you would like the order to be reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the packaging and damage (if applicable)

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.
