If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a clear and simple return process.

Returns – 30 Days
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached

To start a return, please email us at service@vailory.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will reply with the correct return address and instructions on how to return your item.

We only accept returns from addresses within Canada.

Return requests submitted after 10:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect/not as described.

If the issue is our responsibility, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or refund at no extra charge.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.

Refunds – Within 10 Business Days
Once your return has been received at our warehouse and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
